Activate an outreach campaign

Activate or resume an existing Instantly or Smartlead campaign. This is a provider-side effect and requires successful provider-effect admission; Smartlead activation also checks required webhook readiness.

Provider responses vary by account and provider version. The example is abridged and illustrative; omitted provider-specific fields are not a stable schema.

This can start outreach delivery. Verify campaign content, sender pool, and schedule before calling. The response is the provider result object ({ok,status,data}) or a missing-key reason; Smartlead may first configure required webhooks. A 409 or 503 means activation was not confirmed.

Errors

Status	Meaning
401	Authentication is missing or invalid.
403	The credential is invalid or lacks the required scope.
400	Provider is unsupported or organization context is missing.
409	Activation failed or Smartlead webhook readiness is incomplete.
503	Provider-effect admission could not be confirmed.
